    Still able to log in, but I am not doing any more surveys until I get my last redeem - the one they gave the points back after I was banned and then reinstated. Why should I waste my time? Coming into the holiday season, I certainly have enough to do to keep busy without Univox

    Suppose you have already contacted Support saying that you shouldn't have to wait twice for your redemption after being locked out no fault of your own

    Members that are having their accounts blocked for no reason at all and have redemptions that are due.
    Then their account gets unblocked, and they re-redeem again.
    Why are they waiting to be paid when they have already waited?
    It was no fault of their own getting blocked
