    Members that are having their accounts blocked for no reason at all and have redemptions that are due.
    Then their account gets unblocked, and they re-redeem again.
    Why are they waiting to be paid when they have already waited?
    It was no fault of their own getting blocked

    Suppose you have already contacted Support saying that you shouldn't have to wait twice for your redemption after being locked out no fault of your own

    I am not from India but Australia and the same here, DQ points are virtually non-existent after you click 100s of dead-end surveys. I have complained to Support.

    "Note- The other dead-end surveys you mentioned We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. "

    Which is a standard response that they do NOTHING about

    But there are still members that still have no direct explanation apart from that email accusing them of ONE of the following.

    Yes but you yourself can see for example Mele and cjsenour have been members for years. Does that not make you think that there is something wrong? So then it becomes your job to get Support or whoever to follow up properly about these problems.
    Support ARE NOT actually investigating the problem first. They are just following some guidelines which they have been given.

    I have experienced this with Support, it is like you a talking to a brick wall. Because they do not read.

    Why is it that the Univox system is randomly blocking accounts? Mele for instance twice in 5 weeks. Isn't there something wrong with the Univox system to be doing this?
    And why is Support not looking into the problem first before they send that downgrading email accusing members of such and such ?

    Why are redemptions taking 2-3 weeks and even longer?

    What has changed? Before we were getting redemptions within a week when there was PayPal.
    Now Gift Cards are taking sooooo long.

    Why is it that other survey sites pay their Gift Cards within 24-48 hours but for Univox it takes weeks and weeks?

    Do employees at Univox get paid every 2-3 weeks or whenever Payroll decides to put it in?

    In reply to your response to "Susanna denied". You mentioned some reasons why members are not getting surveys.

    But can you explain how these members are getting email invites (5-6 per day) but these email invites are not visible on their dashboard? Should it not be synchronized? So if they can not see these email invites in their dashboard isn't there some technical error?

    I don't like the selection of Gift Cards Australia has got. 99% are useless.
    But the only advantage with the Gift Cards is that we are getting the full amount of our redemption whereas with PayPal we were not.

    How are DQ points determined by Univox?

    Because clicking dead-end surveys takes time and should be getting something for them.

    This is the Questions and Answers discussion. I asked some general questions 3 days ago and as of yet, there has been no answer.

    There have been comments since then by members having problems and in their comments, they all mention that there is no response from Support. This is a problem that we all have faced at some time with Support.

    So what do we do?

    Thought I would put this question in the right discussion. But it is to your reply about PayPal.
    So we all know there is NO PAYPAL.

    What is Univox doing about the 10 points for redemption approval on the WoF ? I have asked Support but as of yet no reply because Support has not gone passed the first question in my Ticket 679892. Which I am going to reply to after this.
    So I am asking you.

    Redemption Approval (need 5000 points) = 10 ES points

    To get these 10 ES points Australians CANNOT redeem close enough to the 5000 points in Gift Cards. As the Gift Cards that are available are 98% useless. For the other 2%, we have to redeem AUD$100 ( 6800 - 7200 points) to get the 10 points. As Gift Cards in that 2%, DO NOT come in AUD$70 which is close to the 5000 points. So we have to use more points meaning fewer times we get the 10 ES points.
    So what is happening about this?

    Now since redemptions are taking 2-3 weeks means that some members can only get 1 lot of these 10 points for redemption approval in a month.

    So how is this fair to any members?

    At the start of this discussion, it says if we do not receive it within 2 weeks to contact Support. So that is why it becomes 3 weeks.

    So why are some members waiting 3.1 weeks to a month and longer than that for their redemption?

    Too many. Queensland's last Public holiday was May 2nd Labour day. Next holiday is October 3rd. Queens Birthday.
    And they moved Queens Birthday to October as Christmas would be the next public holiday otherwise.

    We do have Remembrance Day Nov 11th but no holiday. Minute silence at 11a.m on 11th November

    Brazil has got PayPal so there is nothing wrong with PayPal

    I have got Hot & My Surveys but like the Hot, the Priority only appears if there are surveys in it.

    See I cleared my Hot and the tab has gone and will only appear if there are surveys in it. Same with Priority. But months ago before my account was touched the Priority Tab appeared every day. Last week I had it every day for a week with a mishmash of surveys. Survey points ranging from 600-20 all bogus surveys. Then also my account was a nightmare with every problem imaginable- surveys not redirecting all these problem messages appearing etc

    Univox changes its policies but does not notify members of the changes. For us, it is, work it out yourself.
    Expedite redemption has become 2 weeks, as at the start of this discussion. Which overrides everything else beforehand for each level.

    How can members contact Support when emails can not be delivered?

    What is an approximate timeframe when a ticket number should be replied to? I sent a ticket in on the 15th of August #301393 and as of yet no reply.

    Then after this, I sent other emails unrelated to that ticket number which can not be delivered.

    And there is no response from you as Admin.

    What are members meant to do???

    I am still trying to get them to respond, to tell me which Gift Cards work for $100 apart from Woolies and Coles. Do not know why it is so hard to answer.

    I know that the Fuel Card does not but do not want to click the others and than end up with something I do not want.
